I take a holistic approach looking at the four pillars of health, which are nutrition, exercise, sleep, and relaxation.
We are all different, and you get a tailored plan to suit your specific needs
I look at why my clients are getting their symptoms and address the underlying root causes. I work with any individual but with a particular interest in helping women aged 35 and upwards and those who may be peri-menopausal or menopausal.
I work with clients to facilitate change and help them set achievable goals to work towards optimal health. My hope is that as our life spans increase, our health spans grow with it, and my clients enjoy life with abundant vitality.
