For the best results, my health coaching services are best offered over a period of time, with an initial consultation, and then a series of recurring touchpoints to gauge progress and adapt your personalised health plan as you start meeting your well-being goals.
My packages can be adapted based on cost and time-periods and I offer 1:1 face-to-face for local clients or 1:1 virtual packages to those who are not local or those who find online is more convenient.
There are a range of options available starting from £180. Packages are based around a 2-hour initial consultation where we do a deep dive into your health and shorter 45–60-minute follow-ups to meet your individual needs and budgets.
